Meet the Owner

Jhonny Remy, CPA, CTC, MSTFP

Jhonny Remy is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over two decades of experience. He began his career at KPMG in 2000 and has since held key roles such as accountant, controller, financial manager, chief audit officer, and consultant. He has worked with individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits, specializing in multicurrency and international financial environments.

Mr. Remy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania and a Certified Tax Coach (CTC) accredited by the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners (AICTP). He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in taxation and financial planning, and he is currently pursuing a master’s in financial management with a focus on small business finance.

Additionally, he is a QuickBooks Accredited Advisor and is fluent in English, French, and Creole, with proficiency in Spanish.

With his vast expertise, Mr. Remy is dedicated to helping real estate investors and contractors optimize their finances, reduce tax burdens, and achieve financial success.

Peter R Hall

With a Master's Degree in Taxation from CW Post College, Peter Hall has been a Certified Public Accountant and firm owner since 1977. Mr. Hall has industry expertise in everything from distribution, retail, construction, real estate, hospitality, professional service firms and many others. Peter excels in the role of a proactive, part-time CFO for many of his business clients in these industries. Additionally, he provides educational guidance to individual tax clients and offers estate planning and asset protection for his high net worth clients. Peter Hall has worked with hundreds of small businesses and professionals, providing them with innovative solutions to the many challenges they face throughout the business cycle. While maintaining a membership with the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Conference of CPA Practitioners, Peter also serves as a board member for a number of not-for profit and community organizations.

James E Hall

James has been working in the industry since 2006 and has been a licensed CPA with the State of New York since 2014 after graduating from SUNY College at Old Westbury with a Master's of Science in Taxation. Proficient in all areas of business and individual tax and accounting, his specialty is building a backend process for businesses, including cash flow management, streamlining bookkeeping functions, and structuring a business for future growth. Most recently, James Hall has become certified as an Exit Planning Advisor and has developed a niche in small business succession planning, using the Value Acceleration Methodology taught at the world-renowned Exit Planning Institute. Currently, James is serving as the Nassau/Suffolk Chapter President of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners (NCCPAP) for the 2021–2023 term. In this role he seeks to usher this group of 600+ professionals to a brighter tomorrow through enhanced methods of practice management, interactive educational workshops, and other value accelerators to improve production, capacity, and exit readiness.
